During the peak period before the start of the school year, our delivery times approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks. Orders are processed in order of receipt. To guarantee you’ll receive your order before the start of the school year, we recommend that you send us your purchase order as soon as possible. From October 1 to April 30, our delivery times range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the products ordered.

You have 30 days after delivery to notify us of your intention to return or exchange furniture. To be eligible, the merchandise must not have been used or unpacked. Restocking fees apply.

Our Montréal showroom presents a wide selection of our products. To visit it, simply contact us for an appointment. We also offer a free sample service. We’ll deliver directly to your establishment the products you wish to examine, then collect them once your evaluation is complete.

We conduct a number of eco-responsible initiatives. In addition, we manufacture durable furniture designed to last 30 years, our local production uses certified ecological materials, our processes are solvent-free and we recycle all our materials.

Yes. Alpha-Vico has obtained UL certification for its mobile and folding cafeteria tables. In addition, the resin used for our chairs is certified to be free of phthalates, which are endocrine disruptors. Our furniture is designed primarily for educational institutions, from preschool to university.
