Materials: The frame is 16 gauge (1.6 mm) or heavier steel tubing, electric arc welded construction 

Springs: heat treated alloy steel. Headboard: 5/8” (1.6 cm) particule board, padded for comfort and upholstered with vinyl.

CONSTRUCTION:

The frame is bolted to the hinge assemblies, which are secured to the floor. The boxspring is attached to the frame and the mattress attaches to the boxspring. All are securely positioned. Adjustment bolts allow easy alignment in the wall opening and compensate for the weight differences in boxspring and mattress. The bottom of the bed provides the finished wall closure.

INSTALLATION

Wall bed may be either installed in an access cabinetor in a built-on-site drywall recess. Minimum dimensions for such construction are shown on this page. Note that these are finished wall dimensions, not framing dimensions. Recess must be constructed square and true for bed to fit. With patented Power Pak system, fingertip pressure raises and lowers the bed. When lowered the bed pivots away from the wall, so you don’t sleep in the recess - an exclusive feature. And the Power Pak is built to perform quietly, safety, easily, day after day,year after year.
